With the casing removed, carefully examine all visible components, including the transformer, capacitor, magnetron, turntable motor, and control board. Look for any discoloration, scorch marks, frayed wires, or components that appear physically broken or dislodged. Pay attention to any unusual smells that may have been present when the microwave was operational.
